** The listing of individuals scheduled for an exam will remain posted until the actual examination results are available.

Faxed applications are not accepted.

·        All applications and fees received after the registration deadline may be denied for that exam date based upon space availability and time allowances.   Applications and fees for those denied will be held over for the next available testing date unless the applicant requests an optional date.

·        If you cannot attend the test period assigned to you, you may either reschedule or receive a refund if you notify SPCS, in writing, 10 days prior to the scheduled exam date.  If you do not notify the board in time, the testing fees will be forfeited.

·        If a medical emergency arises or a death in the family occurs you will need to notify SPCS, in writing, with the proper documentation, postmarked no later than 10 working days after the exam.  For a medical emergency, a doctor’s excuse will be needed. For a death in the family, a notarized letter will be needed. BUSINESS OR WORK SCHEDULES ARE NOT CONSIDERED EMERGENCIES.
